David BrainardMr. Brainard was hired by Keystone Aviation Services, LLC / Key Air, LLC at its inception in October of 1985. Key Air, LLC added its first Business Jet in the spring of 1986, a Hawker 700 Serial number 001. In his 20 years as Director of Maintenance, Mr. Brainard has built a maintenance organization at Key Air, LLC unsurpassed in our industry with a combined experience of 361 years for its staff of 20 technicians. Unlike our competitors, Key Air, LLC provides maintenance support to our 18 managed clients' aircraft in house 24/7, 365 days a year resulting in the best dispatch reliability possible.
Prior to Key Air, LLC, Mr. Brainard spent 17 years in general aviation as a Maintenance Technician. With the last 10 years as the Director of Maintenance for Chester Charter, a prominent Part 135 charter operator in Chester CT.
Mr. Brainard served 4 years in the US Air Force as a Reciprocating Engine specialist. He received his Associate's Degree in Aeronautical Technology from Wentworth Institute, Boston, MA.
